NetStat Agent

If you are an advanced computer user or if you have some knowledge about networks, then you may be familiar with the netstat command, which can be typed into Command Prompt. This command allows you to view active connections in real-time and see what programs are accessing the network or the Internet. Unfortunately, the information offered by netstat is not so complex and its interface is not so intuitive to use. The same goes for other network commands, like tracert or ping.

Fortunately, there is an alternative to this problem and it's called NetStat Agent. As the name clearly states, this Windows application is a substitute for the netstat command, allowing you to view network information using a graphical interface, but it's not limited to this command only.

After installing and launching the application, the user will be presented with a graphical and intuitive interface, which allows him to easily select several network commands. Besides showing real time connection information using netstat, NetStat Agent also includes some other tools, like trace route, ping, ipconfig and so on. Using this tools, you will be able to solve network connectivity problems and also find ways to improve your network efficiency and performance, by using the IP routes feature.

Some program features can be personalized, for example the user can check any website for connectivity problems and can also input a desired IP address for pinging it. Furthermore, a report containing all the information displayed by the application can be generated at any moment, for analyzing it later on.
